  • The subscription plan runs for a minimum of 12 months and then continues on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel anytime after the 12 months, but if you do, the website remains with us to ensure our business model stays sustainable. If your needs change, we're happy to discuss options with you.

  • We'd love to have you back! To rejoin, you'll just need to sign a new 12-month contract.

  • Cancelling early means you'll need to pay the full value of the website minus what you've already paid. We aim to build long-term partnerships with our clients, and we want our clients to share the same philosophy.

  • We offer a 7-day grace period for payments. If an invoice isn't paid after 7 days, a $25 late fee applies. If payments are overdue for several months without communication, we may need to cancel the contract and request the remaining balance. We're always happy to work with you if you're facing difficulties—just let us know!

  • We send email invoices via Square that has a link to a secure page for adding payment info. Subscriptions are paid with a credit card or debt card and we accept all major credit cards. Lump sum projects are paid with ACH bank transfer to minimize processing fees. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS.

  • The $100 per additional page fee is one time. Not recurring. For example, if you need 3 extra pages, that’s $300 and you’re done. Not $300 a month.

  • Yes, the $380 fee for blog integration is a one-time cost. Once the blog is added, you'll have full access to upload and manage blog posts through an easy-to-use interface. Please note that creating blog content is not part of our standard service.

  • When you sign a contract, either lump sum or subscription, if we cannot design something you are 100% happy with and no longer want to move forward, then we will refund whatever you paid to get started. If we do end up moving forward with building the site, there are no refunds after that point. From then on, refunds are at our discretion.

  • Yes, subscriptions continue on a monthly basis after the 12-month minimum. We've designed our plans to offer long-term value, and many clients find their website generates more than the subscription cost over time.

  • No, there isn't a buyout option for subscriptions. We rely on this monthly recurring income for consistent and reliable income. That also means we can spend more time working on our clients sites and spending time on their support calls and emails. Doing this allows us to be more hands on with our clients and provide a better service than any other agency. So if we had clients buying out of their subscriptions every month, the subscription model begins to break down, and then so does our service.

  • Yes, you can! For $50 per month, we offer unlimited edits and support as an add-on. This add-on requires a 12-month contract, meaning you are committed for the full 12 months. If you cancel after the initial 12-month period and wish to rejoin later, you will need to sign a new 12-month contract.

  • The lump sum option lets you pay upfront, which saves money in the long term, while the subscription spreads the cost into manageable monthly payments. It all comes down to your cash flow and goals— short-term savings or ongoing support.

  • We include essential on-page SEO as part of your package. This covers fast load times, mobile responsiveness, accessibility and arrangment, meta tags, google search console, site map generation and basic content optimization. However, advanced SEO strategies like link building, citations, guest posting, and ongoing performance analysis are not included. If you're interested in these additional services, we can connect you with trusted SEO experts who specialize in advanced strategies.

  • Yes, you'll always own your domain. We'll transfer it to you if you decide to cancel.

  • Our typical timeline is 3-4 weeks, depending on how quickly you provide content and images and the availability of our team. For example, if you provide all your content within a week, we can usually complete the site within 3 weeks.

  • No, the website remains with us if you cancel, but you'll retain ownership of your domain and any content or images you've provided. We understand this may be disappointing, but this policy ensures we can continue offering high-quality services.

  • Yes, absolutely! Even if we registered it for you, the domain is yours to keep.

  • No. Everything we make is built with custom hand written code. No page builders here. That is what separates us from the others - we put the time and effort to do things differently and it shows in our work and our client's online presence after launch. This approach also ensures your site is secure, fast, and free of unnecessary bloat.

  • Custom code has several advantages over WordPress, such as maintainability, lower costs, easier to customize, faster load times, stronger security, no need for constant updates or plugins, and a fully tailored solution to meet your exact needs.

  • While the design remains our intellectual property, you're granted full use of it as long as your subscription is active. Content you've provided is, of course, yours to keep.

  • Our plans include unlimited updates to existing content, but major redesigns would require a separate service. Let us know if you'd like to explore this option.

  • Absolutely! You can add new features or services, like blog integration, at any time for an additional cost.
